Welcome to our new website for the 2020-21 School Year!
This website was built in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic and the safety measures that our school and our music program are taking to ensure the health of our students and community.
Due to the pandemic, we have gotten off to a slow start this year. We had to wait until our protective equipment was ready before rehearsing, and several times throughout the school year so far, we have had to change, adjust, or cancel rehearsals due to changes in instructional model or situations beyond our control.
That is not going to stop the Blackhawk Musicians of Susquenita!
We decided that since we cannot have our normal concerts, we will be releasing several virtual concerts throughout the school year in our concert series we are calling "The CHOIRvid-19 BANDemic." Check our the Virtual Concerts Tab to experience some great music and celebrate the tenacity and talent of the Blackhawk Community!
